Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unopened items within 28 days of receipt. 

Rebel Ear Designs is not responsible for the cost of the return postage. All Items should be returned to the returns address via a recorded delivery service which will allow tracking of the item or a signature. Proof of postage must be obtained.

If you return your purchase after the 28 day return policy we will not be able to process your refund. All refunds will be processed within 10 days from the date we receive your return ( not including bank holidays). We only refund Monday to Friday.

Personalised items and jewellery are non refundable unless faulty. 

All items must be returned in original packaging with labels and tags attached and in new condition.​
